Our shipping and returns policy

Posture is a new product, and we are actively developing our shipping and returns procedures. If you wish to learn more, please email aidan@apbsoftwareandhardware.com

Shipping Domestic

Shipping within the Republic of Ireland is handled solely by An Post. Domestic delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. If you've been waiting longer than that, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Shipping International

Worldwide shipping is also handled with An Post (The Irish postal service, a great bunch of lads), but delivery may be completed by a local post partner. Worldwide delivery usually takes 5-10 business days. If you've been waiting longer than that, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Returns

On very rare occasions, some horrible, nasty, no-good things might happen to your precious new laptop stand during delivery. Sadly, this is just part and parcel (ha!) of goods handling and cannot be avoided. 

However, we are committed to making your experience with Posture wonderful, so if there is something wrong, please contact us, including a picture and explanation of the issue. Hopefully, we'll be able to send you out a replacement free of charge. 

If you are not happy with the Posture laptop stand (who knows, maybe your desk is too big and it feel just a little too spacious and stylish with a Posture stand) don't worry. Inside every package we include a welcome message, and a return address. Simply pop your Posture laptop stand back in the package and send it back to us. As long as the stand isn't damaged or broken, we'll give you a full refund as soon as we receive it!
